Refund Policy

1. Free Trial and Cancellations

  • Alev.ai offers a one-week free trial to all new users
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without any charges
  • If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically be charged

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Once you have been charged for a subscription, you are eligible for a refund only if requested within 7 days of the charge
  • Refunds are not available for charges made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
  • Refund requests are only available for first-time refund requests, In Special circumstances, you may contact support

3. Conditions for Refunds

  • The account must be in good standing i.e No sign abuse of the Platform or its assets thereof
  • There must be no violation of terms of service
  • Refunds are only granted for first-time refund requests

4. Refunds for Multi-Month Subscriptions

  • If you have subscribed for multiple months in advance, refunds will only be issued for the next billing cycle and onwards, provided the 7-day refund period for the current billing cycle has passed
  • The current billing cycle will not be refunded once the 7-day refund period has passed

5. Full Refunds

Full refunds are available for the following cases:

  • Service unavailability
  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Billing errors
  • Unused subscriptions within 7 days

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the account dashboard or by contacting our support team at [email protected]
  • Include your order/subscription ID and state the reason for your refund request
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

7. Exceptions

7.1 Non-Refundable Items

  • Used subscription time
  • Administrative fees
  • Promotional discounts
  • Special offers

7.2 Abuse Prevention

Refunds will not be issued for accounts that show signs of:

  • Multiple refund requests
  • Account misuse
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violations of our terms of service
