• Refrain from sharing login credentials with others
• Avoid attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
• Not use AI-generated content dishonestly (e.g., submitting as personal work in academic settings where not allowed)
• Not attempt to bypass system limitations or restrictions
• Not use the platform to assist others in academic dishonesty
• Not create or distribute unauthorized copies of study materials
• Not engage in systematic downloading or scraping of content

Any violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining subscription period without refund.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Alev.ai may offer free and paid subscription plans. If you choose a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees for your subscription
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

• No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts
